At femi9west, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our sanitary pads. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

Unopened Products: Returns are accepted for unopened, unused sanitary pads in their original, sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products (e.g., wrong size or type), we’ll gladly accept returns or provide replacements. Please provide us a video evidence to ensure smooth return. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened or used sanitary pads cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

Return Process

Contact our support team at email: info@femi9west.com or 9025923749 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If eligible, we’ll provide a return shipping label or instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by Femi9west for defective or incorrect items; otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to return address or “address provided upon approval”.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

If you prefer, we can issue store credit or exchange the item for a different product (subject to availability).

Refunds do not include original shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, refund timeline can take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
